Hello,

Before start writing, sorry for bad English because I'm Korean.

I am having a trouble with mounting volume. This problem started after bluescreen(BSOD) when mounting volume.
The error code is 13.

I think just my .spsp file is broken (not .spspx data, just .spsp), because I can get plain text files from .spspx file.

Is there some way to recover .spsp file?

Did you check these steps:

1) Stop StarWindService;
2) rename .splumap and .spvmap extension in folders where failed devices located;
3) Start Starwind service;
4) Wait for the mounting progress.

Let me know how about the results!

Yes, I had tried them, but it didn't work.

Our engineer says, It looks like the .spsp file is broken.

Is there other method that I can try?

Could you please send us .spsp files from the hosts for investigation?

Sure, I can.

Should I upload .spsp file here? or send somewhere (like email?)

Could you please provide us with the full list of .spspx files and their actual sizes from this node?
