I have been using StarWind and with a 254GB image file device for awhile now. However now I need to back up all of the data that is on this image file and was wondering what the best way to do that was. Is it possible tocopy the image file to another computer as long as the computer has the hard drive capacity to hold the image file; or would it be better just to copy the data from the image file to a different image file on a different computer?

Thanks for the help in advance.

You can safely copy whole image file. They are not machine dependent.
