LSFS volumes offline - Current state is 2.

Hi All,
Having an issue this morning where I rebooted our Starwinds server. Once it came back online our LSFS volumes are stuck at "Device is mounting" with the progress at 1%.
Looking at the logs I can see the following message:

8/20 15:11:09.108 1964 Sp: *** CStarPackCoreNew::StarPack::CStarPackMapChunkStorageRAMEx::OpenMapFullDumpFile (543) Full map dump file [N:\3PAR-SSD-R5-02\\3PAR-SSD-R5-02.spvmap] does not exist
8/20 15:11:09.108 1964 Sp: --- CStarPackCoreNew::StarPack::CStarPackMapChunkStorageRAMEx::CheckState(65535, 0, _, _) (line #835) 80
8/20 12:12:17.691 101c General: *** DDDisk_DispatchLimited: Got command 0x28 when device state is not DD_DISK_CREATION_COMPLETE! Current state is 2.
All our flat file volumes are working normally.
Anyone have any suggestions here?
