Change failover strategy and add witness

I have an existing 2 node VSAN running in Windows 2012R2 guests on vmware 6.5. It was deployed with heartbeat failover strategy. Since then, I have added a third esxi host to my lab and wanted to switch to node majority with a witness.

Is it possible to change an existing HA device to node majority so I can add a witness? I have searched but been unable to find any documentation.

You can delete replica and recreate HA with node majority.
Unfortunately, you cannot change failover strategy on the fly.
