File corruption on some synced media files

I have the two servers, one of them I had to replace the drive and re-sync the data over, but now I can't open any ISO files or play media files stored on the synced volume. I have no problem on the original one. I then deleted the drive and started a fresh sync from scratch, and I have the same problem. I removed it from the CSV and did a drive scan, came back clean and everything is still unable to be opened.
