Looks like the problem still exist in the new build 13279.
Are you going to fix it someday?

This issue has been escalated to QA for additional checks.
Alexey, it would be nice to have logs from your system for additional investigation.

Here's the log from test server with 13279 build installed:

Also some older logs from our production server with previous 13182 build:

For now our production servers using 12767 build and all is fine.
Same was on the test servers until update was installed.
