At the moment, this is known behavior that we are already working on.

Looks like the problem still exist in the new build 13279.
Are you going to fix it someday?

This build was supposed to fix the issue.

This issue has been escalated to QA for additional checks.
Alexey, it would be nice to have logs from your system for additional investigation.

For now our production servers using 12767 build and all is fine.
Same was on the test servers until update was installed.
