Cannot mount the volume of StarWind VSA

Hi,
We deployed StarWind VSA and created device.
And we attempted to mount the device to vSphere host.
We can see Starwind iSCSI Disk at storage adapter setting of vSphere Client.
But when we try to create datastore, cannot progress wizard at partition setting.
At this time, if we check the Starwind console, "Starwind Serivce not found on Host" message is output.
Do you know the problem and the solution?

Hello makoto.climb,
Thanks for your interest in StarWind solution.
Could you provide us with more information about your issue? What type of provisioning are you using while adding disks to VSA?

Hi,
We added thick(lazy zeroed, 40GB, SCSI 0:1) disk to VSA.
And we set following flat type disk to VSA.

Hello makoto.climb,
Thanks for your reply.
Could you please convert or re-add disk to VSA from Lazy Zeroed to Eager Zero provisioning type and try create datastore one more time.
Please keep us updated

Dear makoto.climb,
Thanks for your reply.
Please try to remove and redeploy a brand new VM with Eager Zero disks.
Also, Could you please share with us the logs from VSA (in management console, in Server Log tab) while you creating the datastore?
Thanks,
Ivan
