Hello Joonas

Did you do the procedure below on both nodes?

1). Stop StarWind service;
2). Locate Starwind device folder and rename .splumap and .spvmap files extension in folder where failed devices located;
3) Start Starwind service;
4) Wait for the mounting progress;

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Vitaliy!

We did it only on node SRV01. Node SRV04 is down and as mentioned before doesn't have useful data (please see comments by your analyst Michael in the previous messages).
The same operation can be done on node SRV04 but we see from the logs that device synchronization failed several times due to storage delays, thus it could contain not a valid data.

Hello Joonas,

Could you please enable L3 logs and try again to mount?

How to enable L3 logs:

1. In StarWind Management Console click on Server name
2. Choose Configuration tab in right site
3. Open Advanced Settings
4. Choose Log Rotation
5. In log Level type "3"

After that please collect new logs.

I look forward to hearing back from you.
