Recover from crash on two node Hyper-V Cluster (Virtual SAN Free)

Hi,
I installed StarWind Virtual SAN Free on a two node Hyper-V cluster running on Windows Server 2016 Standard. I followed the guides on how to set this up, and the cluster had been running fine for a few weeks.
However, over the weekend, both the hosts had crashed and were unavailable this morning. A hard reset was required on both hosts to access them again.
Now, the iSCSI targets are no longer connecting on either of the servers. They're all stuck in 'Reconnecting...' status.
Any tips or guides on how to troubleshooting this issue and recover the cluster from powershell? Any help would be appreciated.
