2-Node Hyperconverged Hyper-V Cluster

I'm in the process of setting up a basic 2-node hyperconverged Hyper-V cluster. I would like someone to poke holes in my suggested configuration and offer advice where needed.

Each node consists of the following:

Server
Dell PowerEdge R710, 6-bay 3.5", 2x X5650 2.66GHz 12-core, 72 GB RAM
DELL H700 Raid Card W/ 512MB

Starwind HA (RAID-10)
4 x Seagate 2TB SAS 6Gb/s Enterprise 7200RPM 128MB 3.5inch 512e

Host OS - Server 2016 Core (RAID-1)
2 x Samsung 850 PRO - 256GB

Network
4 x Broadcom BCM5709C NetXtreme II GigE ports (built-in) - 3 ports teamed and connected to hyper-v virtual switch w/ 3 vNIC's for management, cluster and migration + additional heartbeat in Starwind.
2 x Intel X520-DA2 Server Adapter X520-DA2 10Gbps (PCI Express 2.0 x8 2 x SFP+) - one channel for heartbeat/iSCSI and the other for sync.

I'm also considering adding a PCIe M.2 expansion card for L2 cache. Not sure if I would get much benefit though with the above configuration.

Thank you for your help.

Hello hattik,
Thank for interesting in StarWind solution.
Your configuration looks fine.
Regarding L2 cache:
I recommend using this PCIe card as fast storage for your critical performance VM.
