Starwind on Win 2016 - Slow Write Speed with Replication On

Hi,

We have a Pair of Starwind nodes on Win 2012R2 and has been running great with no problem. We recently bought an additional license for our new pair of Win2016 Servers and everything was working as expected until I started trying to copy and past a large 20 gb file within the same clusterstorage/volume1 drive. It was extremely slow. In fact, I didn't notice the problem for a while because I usually copy files into the clusterstorage/volume 1 and not within the same volume.

Transferring 20 gb file from C drive to clusterstorage/volume1 was about 400MB/s on the Win 2016 Server
Transferring 20 gb file from C drive to clusterstorage/volume1 was about 1GB/s on the Win 2012R2 Server

Copy File from clusterstorage/volume1 to another folder within the same drive "clusterstorage/volume1" was about 30 to 40 MB/s on the Win 2016 Server
Copy File from clusterstorage/volume1 to another folder within the same drive "clusterstorage/volume1" was about 1 GB/s on the Win 2012 Server

Copy File from clusterstorage/volume1 to another folder within the same drive "clusterstorage/volume2" was about 30 to 40 MB/s on the Win 2016 Server
Copy File from clusterstorage/volume1 to another folder within the same drive "clusterstorage/volume2" was about 1GB/s on the Win 2016 Server

The problem seem to be when ever I copy files within the same SW Virtual SAN, it becomes really slow. After playing around with it for few days, changing raid configuration, strip size, formatting, upgrading SW to latest version.... So I decided to remove Replication so that it is only a single node and the speed increase to 1GB/s again. Started replication again, it slows down to 30 to 40MB/s again

*Both pair of win 2012 r2 and 2016 Servers have similar spec and same type of SSD drives and Raid configuration (until I started changing it around to troubleshoot).
HeartBeat is through a 1gb NIC and connected through a switch
2 x Sync is through 40gb NIC and direct connect (not through a switch)
Win 2012 r2 server is running on SW v8.9996
win 2016 server is running SW v8.10811 latest version

Any help would be great

Thanks

Was there any update to this?

I'm seeing similar performance.
