Unable to Uninstall Starwind virtual san free

Got a Win server 2012 R2 as a file server.
I´m trying to uninstall Virtual san free but it just starts and then nothing happends.
Tried the Windows uninstaller. Testad CCleaner. Same result (well both starts the built in uninstaller)
Tried to install the program over the old install, same problem.
vss is stopped.
smi-s agent is stopped
How can i uninstall the program??
The pic is taken about 10 min after i started a uninstall.
Sorry for bad gramma, english is second language.

Hello Maciver,
Try to stop StarWind service before the uninstall process.
If it will not help, please try to run uninstaller with /LOG="logfilename" parameter and share the log file with us.
The command line will look like that: "C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\unins000.exe" /LOG="C:\StarWindUninstall.log"

Thanks for the command line.
It helped me to find out what was wrong.
Another program used a file that Starwind wanted to uninstall. Stopped the service that used the same file and then i could uninstall Starwind.
