Bringing a node online after a long outage

I've had a node in my virtual san down for almost a week due to a networking issue. It's behind by probably 150GB of data. We'll be bringing it back online soon. Anything I should keep in mind or look for when we do bring it back up?

Hello
After long outage should start full synchronization, just make sure that your NIC`s are working properly to provide synchronization process.
