This solution a good fit?

I was wondering if this solution is a good fit for me and whether or not I need the paid version if it is. I have a small site (about 25 users) that has 2 servers running 2012R2 Server with Hyper-V. They have internal storage (6 300GB drives and a RAID 10 each) and no shared storage. Would I be able to use StarWind Virtual SAN to create a SAN that the two servers can share using it's internal storage and not need another server? If so, I'm assuming I will only get half of the total free space (one server worth) usable, correct?

Hello kevin79

Starwind hyper-converged scenario is for two Hyper-V servers with internal storage's. With it you can provide shared storage to the cluster.
And you no need any additional servers.
More about this solution I`ve learned here:
It`s introduction https://www.starwindsoftware.com/hyper-converged-page
and here`s manual https://www.starwindsoftware.com/techni ... manual.pdf
You can try Starwind trial license. It`s available on customer page.

I don't think so. I'm now trying to get it working but having issues.
