I did nothing to find my iSCSI share down. Found out one node will not mount the LSFS. Any reasons why or how to fix? If the other node is up, why doesn't ESXi fail over to it.

Make sure your disk is not full. Take into account LSFS requires 2.5 to 3 times as much space as yoru LSFS HA devices consume. Check question 4 here https://knowledgebase.starwindsoftware. ... -lsfs-faq/

That seems to be my problem. How do you propose me to mount the data and recover my VMs and move to a flat file instead.

as long as at least one of your nodes has got a working StarWind disk, ESXi should be able to see it. Just perform an HBA rescan and the datastore should appear. For data migration from LSFS to flat images you will need to offload all VMs from the LSFS device, delete the device and create a flat image based one instead.
