with LSFS don't use Storage Spaces raid.
use separate disk/partition for OS & VM's
use GUID Partition Table (GPT)

if storage spaces is used, select 4k for virtual disk sector size
keep HA volume below 5TB

for VDI set the write-back cache size to the size of the golden image.

LSFS consume 3.5GB RAM per terabyte of stored data.
