No replication Partner

Hello, I have a free-license for 2-node system.
I made 2 virtual mashin from menu "Tools->Deploy VSAN".
I'm trying to do on the second server "mirror" data, but the button "add replica" inactive. Why?

I do not see "Synchronous Replication". But here it is listed https://www.starwindsoftware.com/styles ... s_Paid.pdf for free license...
