Replication manager option missing from LSFS

The replication manager option as shown in sshot-26 is missing from LSFS storage (see sshot-27). It's present on flat. It's main use is to check whether the sync and heartbeat networks are working.

Hmm, intriguing. I've just got my lab back after doing some low-level disk checks & benchmarking and I'm unable to repeat this. On the LSFS storage I've just created, the replication manager option is there. Will keep an eye on this.

I have noticed that the replication manager option is not there whilst a node is synchronising. So in the lab, node #1 was marked as synchronised and the replication manager option is there but on node #2 which was synchronising, the option is missing. Maybe that's what I noticed before.
Any particular reason why it's not there whilst synchronising?

Well, if you`ll change syncchannels during sync it may cause the issues, so that is how we preventing the problems.

Okay I understand but maybe not remove the option entirely but simply grey out the "Add replica" and "Remove replica" buttons at the top (possibly add text saying function disabled during sync).
