Can't re-add a failed lun - States over licensed capacity

Hi,
Hope someone can help, we've got the 16TB version of Starwind and until recently we were running two nodes in a HA cluster. We had a power outage and one of the nodes lost power and subsequently one of the luns on our cluster was not synchronised on either node.
I know which is the most up to date version and what I wanted to do (and what I have done in the past) is to force remove the lun from both nodes of the cluster, which has completed successfully, and then to re-add the lun as a stand alone copy on the up to date node so we can copy data off it before re-creating the HA lun.
However, when I come to add the stand alone copy onto one of our nodes, I select the .img file to create the lun and it states that I am over my licensed capacity. How can this be when up until the power outage we were quite happily running with this lun on two nodes in a synchronous HA partnership?
Running Starwind Enterprise HA 16TB edition version 6.0.5228
Help please!
