Unable to create image file from the star wind free version....
It would be helpful for me to setup lab if you provide information...

Could you tell us a little more about the problem.
What prevents you from creating the image file device?
Generally the licence information, version and a screenshot of the error would do

I have attached the sceen shot in that you can see the physical hard disk option is locked out and in the another screen shot you can see the version.
Please let me know still you need any information

For image file creation you need to go "Basic Virtual" or "Advanced Virtual" rather then locked for you "Physical" path.
