Hi,

I am trying to re-add a target but am getting a message that says:

"Total storage size exceeds the licensed storage capacity on the current host. Licensed storage capacity 4194304MB. Total storage capacity in use: 1024MB."

I only have 1 target which is 1GB. Previously I had 3 HA devices (1GB quorum + 1.9TB generic + 1.9TB generic2)
I am trying to re-add the targets using server A. (I had to reinstall Windows and Starwind on Server B due to a hard drive crash.)

I have Starwind Enterprise 4TB v5.6.1667

Also, what is the tech support phone number? I tried 1-866-931-0106 but it says it cannot be reached from my calling area (I am in Toronto, Canada).

Thanks,
Graham

In case anyone else has this issue, the solution for me was to upgrade to the latest build. I went from 5.6.1667 to 5.6.1690.

Thank you very much for keeping us updated!

P.S. Valid phone numbers are on the right of this page under "Got Questions?". FYI.
