HA Resync

For an unknow reason it's the second time in few weeks that boxs (5.4) are out of sync.
When i log in the interface, i've a doubt both nodes seems active and on primary san, the first volume is "active", when i go to the partner... also
I send an email to support but no reply.. it's a desagreement for an full enterprise version during out of business hours....
Anybody have an idea to make the right resync ?
