Bob Boule was the emergency contact info that I was given when I first became a customer. We are 24x7 and my first question was about emergency support.
Well, my entire company is down- my starwind HA has an issue and I can't contact anyone. Bob's cell phone appears to not be monitored anymore and I submitted a ticket but 12 to 24 hours isn't going to help my 100 users who are down NOW.
Anyone have any contact info for starwind that might help me since I am completely DOWN?
