One of our two HA Starwind 5.3 Nodes crashed completly. 6/8 Harddisks are down due to a short circuit in the backplane.
Today the new Server is ready to replace the old one.
All HA Images are not synchronized automatically with the new server - as expected.
I found no answer in this forum and in the documentation how i sychronize or recreate the images on Node2 without a Backup of Node2.

Thanks for your help!

Hello,
You have to perform the following steps in order to make everything look good again:
1. Disconnect all the targets from the clients
2. Remove all the HA targets from StarWind Management console
3. Install the latest version (5.4) which can be downloaded from our website trial form or get a direct link by dropping an e-mail to max@starwindsoftware.com
4. Recreate the HA targets specifying the existing HA disk images and creating new HA images on the replaced server
5. Specify "Synchronize partner server virtual disk with the currnent server one" initialization method.
6. Reconnect the targets back to the clients.
Please feel free to ask if you've got any questions.
