5.4 download link doesn't seem to work properly

I requested the download link for version 5.4 and it prompts me to download a 54mb file. However, the file it downloads is only 81k. I used a firewall bypass to try this as well. no luck. Any suggestions?

Try to purge your browser's cache as everything seems to work fine (tested from the different locations).
