hi, and thanks in advance for the reply.
microsft iscsi initiator works, but not starports.
i've got the "creation of the iscsi device failed with all the adesses supplied by the server" message.

Yes what? :) Are you using StarPort *OR* StarWind? OK, if you use *BOTH* at the same time and StarPort cannot connect to StarWind please send BOTH logs to us with your comments and we'll say for sure what's broken. Thanks!
