Hello,

Is installed starwind iscsi software on my XP SP3 host.
I'm using the default iscsi initiator of SBS Server 2008.

When i'm using telnet to test of the correct ports ar open, i see:
StarWind iSCSI SAN Software v5.2 (Build 20091230, Win32)
Copyright (c) StarWind Software 2003-2009. All rights reserved.

Every command i give, i get an RTFM message

But when i add a target portal (using IP or FQDN) i get the message "target error".

What is wrong in my configuration :?

Are ports 3260 and 3261 open?

sometimes the resolution is so easy.

I opened 3260+3261 on my sbs 2008 server, but i opened only 3261 om my XP SP3 machine.

Now op opened 3260 on my XP SP3 machine, and it works!
