Hello,

I am trying to get the following situation:

1 iSCSI target
2 DESKTOP computers

I want to let the 2 desktop computers see the disk of the data server (iSCSI target).
When computer 1 changes something on the disk, computer 2 should see that immediatly.
I tried it with an image, but changes where not automaticly shown, the apear only if I reconnect.

So I created a SPTI disk, installed them on the computers.
But I keep receiving errors when I try to format or even access the disk.
As if I don't have rights to access them

The Starwind error log is full of these lines:
10/15 21:34:55.906 850 SPTI: '\\?\scsi#disk&ven_adaptec&prod_array#5&1ae1fb9e&0&040000#{53f56307-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}': scsiPassThrough failed: Access is denied. (code: 5).

Can that be the problem?
And how can I solve this.
I use version 4.0 build 20090212

First of all I would suggest you to update to the latest build of StarWind Server.

If that does not help, please see http://www.starwindsoftware.com/forums/ ... t1089.html and http://www.starwindsoftware.com/forums/ ... t1392.html posts
