Hello,

Currently I'm running the demo (unlicensed) version of Starwind Enterprise iSCSI Target. On 9/24 my iSCSI service crashed and created a mini-dump. Seeing that the dump file is 54 MB, I wanted to contact StarWind before sending such a large file via email. The plan, as it is, is to purchase the Enterprise version of the software yet having the service crash and bring down a w2k8 cluster isn't something I would want to see happen in production! So, what information should I send to support in order to figure out why this happened.

Thanks,

Matt

Please submit a case at http://www.starwindsoftware.com/support . They will direct you to an FTP location to upload the dump.

Thanks
