Hello,
Please type "services.msc" (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog Box, hit <enter> This will enable your Services Editor (an advanced tool). Click on the lower "Standard" "Tab" > scroll to > Security Centre > Ensure that: the Start-Up Type is set to "Automatic" > "Service Status" > "Started". If these settings are set as above, the issue is possibly a relationship with your anti-virus product. A re-installation of StarWind should also help.
Please post back your findings.
Thanks
