Install on windows 2000 server 32 bit

I get an error message when trying to install on windows 2000 server...

Unable to execute file: c:\...\StarWindService
CreateProcess failed; code 193
%1 is not a valid Win32 application

Is there anotherway to get this installed on a windows 2000 server?

I'm afraid StarWind will not work with Windows 2000. :(
