Hello,

I running a starwind trial version and stuck at here. After I added SPTI device or Diskbridge without using "Read-only mode". My client cannot logon to target with "Service unavailable", but this work with "read-only mode". If using "read-only mode", my client cannot make any changes on it.

Yours quick prompt should be much appreciated.

This very much looks like a licenseing issue.

Please send us the log files of StarWind from C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\logs

I knoe what reason already. Starwind cannot export a physical drive containing system file without "read-only mode", isn't it ?

You cannot export an entire physical drive with a system file over DiskBridge. DiskBridge can be used to export the entire raw physical drive over iSCSI.

If there is somthing written on the drive already, you won't be able to export it via DiskBridge. Using ImageFile device in this case will help.
