Hi,

I the iSCSI service has been terminating at different times over the last few days. I usually just have to restart the service, but sometime have to reboot my storage server to get everything back. What are the next steps to help diagnose this problem?

Hello,

Please submit a request to support@starwindsoftware.com - we would need to analyse the log files from C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\logs\

Thank you.

I have this same problem. It occurs when I do any large data xfrs not related to starwind iscsi just heavy network traffic. It is easy to predict or replicate the iscsi failure. The log grows pretty large quickly then iscsi service fails. I can send the log but the real question is how to restart starwind with out reboting the server?
any help would be great

Hello Rex,

In order to analyze this type of issues we need the log files from the directory mentioned in the above thread.
