Hello.

I am having some problems in adding a new device with StarWind 4.0. Whatever type of device i try to add, i always get the same error at the end of the process:
"Cannot add device. Device test failed for 'DiskBridge0'." The text with DiskBridge0 is the only one that changes, depending on what device i am trying to add (RamDrive0 etc).

This isn't the first time i use StarWind, last time it functioned without this problem. The only difference is that now i am using a 64 bit Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise. Last time i used the 32 bit version.
Can you tell me what i am doing wrong?

Thank you,
Gabi Constantin.

Gabi,

Please send us the log files from C:\Program Files\Starwind Software\Starwind\logs to support@starwindsoftware.com

We will do our best to figure out the root cause of this.

Thanks
Rob
