could someone provide an unbiased opinion of the pros/cons of the two solutions and possibly a feature comparison? (besides cost)

I'm trying to weigh a 3rd party solution with something that's integrated.

Thanks,
Duane

MS is very very basic thing: no CDP, no VTL, only hard disks emulated, no physical device redirection etc etc etc. However deeper integration (not sure is this con or pro) and some features we miss (VDS and multi-LUN for example).
