I used trail StarWind 3.5.1 and everything seems OK. I just purchased the professional StarWind license and downloaded v3.5.3 a while ago. Then I import the registration key and run the v3.5.3 setup on the v3.5.1 machine. After the new version started, I immediately noticed that the "Access Rights" settings were not working. Now even I set "deny" as the default setting and deny all iSCSI initiators to all "Device"s but the initiators are still connected to denied devices. Please help. I need to grant different iSCSI devices to different iSCSI intitators. BTW, I am using x64 on HP DL380 G5 Windows Storage R2 (64bit) server, and I tried to stop and start the StarWind service but does not help.

Hi.
We are working on the problem. I think the fix will be available to download on Monday.
Thank you for the patience.

My trail license will expire tomorrow. Any update on this issue? Because of the security issue I can not move the data from trail iSCSI target to production iSCSI target. Also will I lost data after the trail license expired?

Yes, fixed everything, completing final tests.

Ask support to generate you prolonged trial key.

No, we'll not destroy anything after trial will be gone (data belongs to you and not to us).

Thank you, Anton.

It sounds like you have new software to fix the issue. How can I obtain the new software?

You'll have the link to the RC build after QA will approve it.

Thank you. The new build looks working OK.

Instead of obtaining prolonged trial key to move the expired trail iSCSI data, can I copy over the "img" file to the licensed iSCSI target and bring it up?

Very good :) Nice to know it works fine for you now.

Yes of course! Should work just fine :)
