ESX Performance bottlenecks

I'm looking to get better performance outof Strawind. Where is money best spent?
NIC card (IP off loading)?
Processor
Memmory
Motherboard
ALL OF THE ABOVE
what do I have to buy in order to get performance DELL/ EMC AX150I
OR IS AT ALL IT POSSIBLE

ESX built-in initiator is really performance pig. Try to boost serer-side parameters:

and also make sure you have Jumbo-frames enabled on the client-side.
