Please rescan the storage.
Can you please share the network diagram with me? I want to understand how the iSCSI channels are connected.
As an experiment, can you try typing in the management IP address?
Also, please make sure that the VMK has also /24 subnet there.

This is the network diagram:

ESX-N1:
vmk0: 10.1.90.21/24
vmk2: 192.168.10.1/24

ESX-N2:
vmk0: 10.1.90.20/24
vmk2: 192.168.10.2/24

DCC-vSAN-N1:
ens160: 10.1.90.25/24
ens224: 192.168.10.3/24
ens256: 192.168.20.3/24

DCC-vSAN-N2:
ens160: 10.1.90.26/24
ens224: 192.168.10.4/24
ens256: 192.168.20.4/24

I have also tried adding the management IP which creates the following:

Please deploy the identical systems on the same host license them with a trial license and create the devices (IPs should be different). If the problem persists, there is something on the networking side of the system.
Also, you can reach out to the person who shared the TRIAL key with you to file the support request through him for the trial system.

Ok, I have deployed the systems, licensed them, created a new LUN and the issue is still there, dead LUN.
I do not know what the network issue could be, the servers are linked directly to each other, vmkping, telnet works...

That's very strange. Maybe my colleagues will help you to narrow down the issue.
Try reaching out to the person who sent you the trial key for troubleshooting the system with the tech on his end.
