Free version's UI does not include. You need to create the highly-available iSCSI storage with PowerShell. See

https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resour ... e-vs-paid/ - script

Are there any manuals or documentation recommendations?

Hi,

See the guides here https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resour ... al_papers/ under Configuration (use search for the corresponding scenario using word Powershell).
There's a script I shared above. The thread goes in detail through the script.
p.s. If it is for POC, consider trialing the product. Switching to free is not possible without voiding the configuration, so don't put your production.
Also, consider the demo https://www.starwindsoftware.com/v17-request-live-demo to learn more about product and features.
