Greeetings

I'm looking for a Storage recommendation since i cant really decide whats the optimal option.

I have two Intel R2224WTTYS Servers for my lab with RMS3CC080 RAID card and BBU, 4 x 10gb nics , 32gb ram and 2x Intel DC S3710 400gb, 2x Samsung 850 230gb on each node

So two Raid 0 arrays ? or raid 1 for OS disk ? rest for vsan ? what about caching ? Intel raid has an SSD Cache 2.0 feature :?

Hi Dav,

RAID 1 will be better and more reliable solution in your case, for OS and for vsan.
As for the cache, you can find recommended settings here.
