I have a 2012 failover cluster setup with two windows storage system running SW virtual SAN and two windows nodes. They have been setup according to the documentation and the iSCSI connections initiate the block devices correctly. When I perform a failover or rather continuously available test on the nodes everything works correctly. When I reboot the first file server lets call it FS1, again everything is ok. When I boot the second file server (FS2) I lose everything, the nodes show that the iSCSI connections are there but the block devices in the windows disk management window are not there at all.

I have also just noticed that after reboot of both file servers it reports that the target and devices created in SW do not exist.

By the was I am using powershell only not the management console.

Could you provide more details about the system in general? What is the relation of file servers with the StarWind nodes? How is everything configured? Maybe a simple network diagram? This would help us switch from simple guessing to real troubleshooting.
Thanks in advance.
