Still having the same problem only able to make LSFS 2TB or smaller, tested on an other server same results. Even with the newest version installed

I'm currently evaluating Virtual SAN and have run into this exact issue. I cannot create any LSFS drive more than 2 TB, which is a major issue. Is there any way to resolve this?

First of all, i would recommend you tying to create a separate target for LSFS device. Second, please refer to following documentation in order to configure LSFS device properly.

Man, is StarWind best practices, it says that each device should have a separate target, i think that is the issue in your case.

If you look a few post up, I did try a separate target and device, I understand best practice maybe to have 1 for 1, for my problem though it doesn't seem to matter it produces the same results, both ways, and oddly at a 2727MB boundary.

Or are you suggesting that the server needs to support a total of only one target and one device?

This does bring up an interesting question, we typical create one target per attached server, and then attach as many devices to that target as the server needs, how are you doing it?

I am using as many devices as i need, but per each device i have a separate target, saying it in other words, i have "blabla" target with "blabal" device attached to it, and so on. This way its much easier to connect devices in iSCSI initiator.
Btw what StarWind build are you using?
