HI Guys,

Thanks for giving the public the opportunity to use starwind for free.
I have 5 quad xeon servers that i am playing around with and currently using the win8 builtin iscsi client.
I then downloaded the starwind free iscsi initiator client on one of the 5 servers and compared it with the native win8 iscsi client.

I then compared the copy times from both iscsi clients.
The one from win8 finished at around 5mbps rate ( i suspect this is due to the read limits on the cd drive).

The one on starwind did jump higher but then stopped and did not complete the write.

What could i be doing wrong? Any help on the proper configuration would be appreciated.

Additional INfo:
All servers have jumbo frame enabled.
All servers have write-back enabled.

1) Is this your posting to the wrong forum or you're calling "target" with "initiator" name?
2) What "cd drive" is doing in this chain? What kind of software did you use to map it / share it etc?
3) Do you happen to have any screenshots, system even logs etc? What software did you use to get this "5 mbps" funny number from?
