Hi, I bought the license for 4 TB and HA and I must said I am little disapointed.
Everything was working great with just one server and single disk but as soon as I added a second server and tried to create HA disk the problems started, I am getting lots of random errors, alike the partner server is not license for HA, or iscsi initiator not running, or authentication failed or device name problems, you name it.

Anyway, has anyone have a similar problem? I have been emailing support without much success, mostly they are just ignoring me.a

1) Log files, screenshots anything except "random errors" are much appreciated. We're ready to jump on remote session as soon as you'd authenticate yourself as a paying customer.

2) Did you try to call phone support?

3) I don't see any references and no tickets opened for e-mail you used to register on forum. Did you use the same one?

Ok, i tried several times on Friday, and several times on Saturday, to create new HA disk, and it was giving me errors when creating them, this morning i created 5 HA disk with no errors at all, some of them were created while i was doing a remote session with support :?

Well, at least i have the screenshots and the logs to verify that i was getting the errors.

Issues you've caught on screenshots (*IDS_DEVICE_NAME_XXX) are already fixed in V5.7 .

We did not release it yet. Few more weeks. You don't need to wait for anything as engineers told me you're fine now.
