With V5.4. ETA is end of this month. You can use RC version MUCH earlier.

Currently we are testing it before release to GA.

I've installed the beta release 5.4 20100621 but no progress on this issue. In addition known issue list this that seems different (or bad description) of the issue mentioned in this trail.
So I'm afraid this will not be fixed in the 5.4 release

The knows issue is:
"High Availability: Errors with migration of Hyper-V virtual machine on HA node StarWind service restart during initiated vm migration process. "

We have already released final version of StarWind 5.4, you should don`t use beta anymore. Thanks for taking part in beta!
