Proxmox and NVMe-oF Free

Is it still possible to set up NVMe-oF Free with a 2 node Proxmox cluster (9.2.10)?
Is it worth the effort converting/replacing iSCSI LUNs to NVMe-oF LUNs and are there any benchmarks etc. that would indicate the performance benefits?
Each host has 2 NICs each has a dual port 10Gb network connection (Four 10Gb links per host), is this sufficient?
Any update on when the new CVM is being released?

AFAIK, they don't plan to make NVMe-oF Free...You can do a technical preview (trial https://www.starwindsoftware.com/techni ... ew-program) though.
Short answer: it's worth replacing, but I'd still wait for NVMe-oF/RDMA.
10 GBE network might be the bottleneck already.

As for Debian-based CVM, I hope to see it by early winter, together with the migration steps from earlier versions.

I visit the forums daily just to observe and keep in touch with what's going on. I think I've used Starwind for at least 10 years or more and always wondered why it wasn't more successful considering how rock solid it has been for me.
I'm about to turn 70 on my next birthday so my passion for trying new things is tempered but poor eye sight and forgetfulness. As a solo operator its fun to host your own customers websites and do the math with cloud services compared to my hardware cost, ROI etc. Its just way cheaper to do it yourself and you get to play with really cool equipment.
My customers are now asking me how likely is it I'm going to drop dead and luckily for them I live a simple life of gardening and computing and that's enough. So that kind of limits my budget for new equipment.
