I installed starport on windows 7 home premium and could not connect to the bd burner in my nas. I am using the iscsi initiator in windows, and it seems to work fine. I tried to uninstall using your uninstall program. The progress bar turns green on the very begining of the progress indicator but stops and it will go no further. Can you assist me in removing the program I have to use the task manager to close the uninstall to get it to close. it freezes, and will go no further. Please advise.

Thank you

Hello,

What is the version of StarPort?

Did you run the uninstaller with administrator privileges?
Try running "net stop starport" command and then run the uninstaller again.

For now, the latest version of iSCSI Initiator software is here: http://www.starwindsoftware.com/iscsi-initiator
It has all functionality that StarPort had.
