Trying to follow this tutorial: http://www.starwindsoftware.com/using-m ... ice-manual and I get stuck right away as the RAID - 1 option isn't available (greyed out). This has to be something simple. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,

-christopher

Did you apply your license first?

yes, its just the free license. Is there a paid one now that enables that feature?

More information:

licese info:
Name: Unknown
Organization: Unknown
License ID: 1978 [ Personal ]

I installed this on a second machine with the same results. Is there a paid version of StarPort I need to enable the RAID-1 option?

thanks,

Constantin,

Anything else I can try to enable this option? As I mentioned, I pulled this up on a couple of different boxes with the same results.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hold on for a second, we'll re-publish StarPort V5.5 as completely license-less in a couple of hours...

Hi,

i have a trial version of StarPort, however i can not even see the Raid 1 option.
I have V 3.6 installed, i filled and submitted the download request for the latest version , i even emailed support about it. I never got any reply.

Is this why i can not see the RAID 1 feature?

Thanks

I've replied you personally. I guess you have problems with your spam filter at some stage. Try some other e-mail (corporate?). With V5.5 you should not have any issues.
