Startport on a core server

I want to run the Starport on a core server, installation works fine, service is running, but the console (Starport.exe) is not working (missing DLL).

Is there a way to run the connsole on a core server, or manually configure the targets (regedit ?)

You cannot run StarPort in Server Core. On Server Core you can run only StarWind .
